The undisputed queen of all rotis in Malaysia, ummm, that ever so delicious thing much sought after by all Malaysians, has been a regular feature of my breakfast routine since I was weaned. Eaten with dhal or curry, with a sprinkling of fine sugar, and accompanied by a glass of teh tarik or kopi-O, it gives one a flipping start for the day.
The eating part is just the Grand Finale, after minutes of having your senses teased by the beautifully-choreographed mid-air flirtations.
